Practical methods for everybody to improve health & quality of life
Self Healing course is designed and presented by Greg Wiater, who has been practicing natural and alternative therapies for over 15 years. The need for this workshop arouse from daily practice seeing that almost every individual patient is presenting health issues, which could be relatively easy prevented and corrected. And then instead of explaining everything individually it would be more effective to do it working with groups.
The course is structured in modules covering various aspects of our lives and it is presented as 1,2 or 3 days workshop. It contains elements of theory and exercises, which later can be applied practically by everybody.
- 01. PSYCHOLOGY OF SICKNESS AND HEALTH
In this subject we will be looking from the holistic point of view at some main reasons of why we get sick and then how we can prevent it and keep healthy.
- 02. BODY POSTURE AND STRETCHING
Correct body posture is crucial to a healthy body. And you will be shown how easy it is to eliminate common pains ( back, neck, shoulder pain etc. ) just with keeping your body aligned to its axis.
- 03. BREATHING
Breath is life. Breathing is more important than food as you can live without it less than 2-3 min. But yet we take it for granted and hardly anybody realises its importance. In this subject you will be taught how to do it correctly and get the full benefits of proper breathing.
- 04. NUTRITION AND DETOX
We think that we eat healthy because we follow the guidelines of FDA and other governmental agencies. But the reality is different. These days food that we consume is toxic and poor in nutrients and it is not easy to find in the supermarket clean and healthy food. But at least we can counterbalance it through proper supplementation.
- 05. PHYSICAL EXERCISES
Our body needs regular movement to be able to function properly. Otherwise it becomes stagnant, rigid and weak. You will be explained how to get over the laziness and other excuses and have fun with it.
- 06. SELF MASSAGE
Whenever we have neck or back pain etc. we will try automatically to massage this zone to get the relief. But the cause of the pain is usually not where the pain is. Thus you will be shown how to identify the cause of this blockage ( away from the neck, back etc. ) and then massage it so that you may get permanent improvement.
- 07. MEDITATION
Imagine that you are standing at the traffic lights but you keep your foot on the accelerator and the engine of your car is running on high revs burning unnecessarily the fuel. And this exactly what you do to your body when keep your mind accelerated when it is not necessary. Meditation is a tool that will help you to slow down your mind.
- 08. POSITIVE THINKING
Most of us have already heard about the power of positive thinking. But do you apply it practically ? Are you effective with it ?
- 09. PAIN MANAGEMENT
In this subject we focus on specific problems ( neck, back, shoulder, knee pain, migraines, menstruation pains etc. ), which will be chosen by the participants and we will discuss in details how to deal with it effectively through self-healing methods. We will also discuss in which moment it is necessary to consult the specialized therapist or doctor.
- 10. COMPUTER POSTURE
Computers have become integral part of our lives and many of us spend 1/3 of the day in a sitting position. Unfortunately this puts stress on certain areas of our body causing pains, aches and other health problems. Thus we will focus how to manage this situation in effective way.
- 11. STRESS MANAGEMENT
Whenever this beast ( stress ) gets out of control we are in a serious trouble. We will discuss various techniques and methods to effectively deal with this problem and the most importantly how to prevent it.
- 12. STRENGTHENING EYES
So you start to read the small letters from the distance and you explain to yourself that this is normal thing of getting older. And so you go to the optician to get a pair of glasses. But is there really nothing that we can do about it ? You might get surprised during the course of this subject.
- 13. IMPROVE AND HEAL SEXUALITY
Sexual education in our society is very poor. Many people learn about it from watching porn or they are being taught by religious representatives who have no practical experience with it. Then sexuality is being strongly judged and people do it in an abusive way. Sexuality is much more than that. And this course can open your horizons in this matter.
- 14. PREGNANCY
Having a child must not be accidental. Pregnancy should never be a result of rape or any other form of abuse. Under no circumstances it should be the result of having sex under influence of alcohol, drugs etc. Pregnancy should be well planned and the parents should prepare their body's in the best possible way so that their child might be strong and healthy. We will address this topic during the course.
- 15. RELATIONSHIPS
Most of us would like to have a loving and wonderful relationship. Unfortunately the statistics reflect that only minority is able to achieve it and the rest ends up in abusive and toxic relationships. So what is the secret to a perfect relationship ?

This workshop is for everybody. Whether you are young or old, healthy or sick you will learn a lot of valuable information and practical methods about health and healing.

Even if you are sick and you follow a treatment from a specialized doctor, you will learn in this course very important things that will complement your therapy.
- WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING WITH ?
We will spend many hours in the workshop and it is good to have comfortable clothes. Apart from this we will be doing some stretching exercises. It is also recommended to bring paper and pen to take some notes and to have with you a camera ( mobile phone camera is ok ) to take some photos. Though it is not allowed to record videos.

Nearby there is the public parking in the shopping center ANEXO II ( prices on the photo ). It is difficult to find free parking on the street in this area. Then it is best to leave the car somewhere and walk or take the taxi.
